Recorded Session Learning & Query Clarification Policy
At SRNTS, we conduct a wide range of upskilling programs designed to help working professionals stay current with the latest technologies and industry demands. We understand that many learners are interested in multiple training programs simultaneously; however, attending every live session can be challenging due to professional and personal commitments.
To address this challenge, SRNTS provides recorded sessions for all training programs, allowing learners to study at their own pace and convenience. While recorded sessions offer flexibility, we also recognize that self-paced learning may sometimes leave students with questions that require expert guidance.
To ensure that learners receive the best possible learning experience, SRNTS offers a unique Query Clarification Support model.
How It Works
Suppose a student enrolls in multiple training programs—for example, 8 different courses running in parallel. The student may choose to actively attend 1 or 2 live training sessions based on their availability, while learning the remaining courses through recorded sessions.
While reviewing the recorded content, the student can note down any questions, doubts, or concepts that require further explanation.
For example, if a student is learning a CI/CD Pipeline course through recorded sessions and encounters a topic that needs clarification, they can join the next scheduled live CI/CD Pipeline session. At the end of the session, the student will have the opportunity to interact directly with the trainer and get their questions answered.
Query Submission Process
To ensure trainers can effectively manage their schedules and provide detailed responses, students are requested to share their questions with the trainer in advance via WhatsApp before attending the live clarification session.
This advance notice helps trainers:
- Review the queries beforehand
- Prepare detailed explanations
- Allocate sufficient time for discussion
- Deliver a more effective learning experience
