Choose the Training Model That Best Fits Your Learning Goals

At SRNTS, we understand that every student has different learning preferences, schedules, budgets, and career objectives. Some students prefer affordable group learning, while others require personalized attention or dedicated batch-based training.

To accommodate these different needs, SRNTS offers three distinct training models:

1. Mass Training

2. Exclusive Batch Training

3. One-to-One Training

Each training model is designed to serve a specific type of learner. Before enrolling, students should carefully evaluate their requirements and select the training format that best aligns with their goals.

Understanding Trainer Quality

Many students assume that a higher-priced training program automatically guarantees a better trainer. In reality, trainer quality depends on experience, communication skills, project exposure, and teaching capabilities rather than pricing alone.

Mass Training

Mass Training often features some of the most rigorously screened trainers within SRNTS. Since these sessions serve larger groups of students, trainers undergo multiple levels of technical and training evaluations before being assigned.

Exclusive Batch Training

Exclusive Batch trainers are also evaluated by SRNTS and selected based on their technical expertise and ability to effectively engage with smaller groups of students.

One-to-One Training

In One-to-One Training, students have greater flexibility in selecting trainers. SRNTS may recommend multiple trainers, and students are encouraged to attend demo sessions or conduct assessments before making a final decision.
