Mass Training Quality Check

At SRNTS Training Institute, we respect the privacy of our freelance trainers and therefore do not disclose their identities. At the same time, we understand that students must feel confident in the trainer’s expertise before committing to a program. To ensure this, SRNTS has established a unique, transparent, and student‑centric validation process that empowers learners to evaluate trainer knowledge with complete assurance.

Three‑Step Validation Process

  • Preview Recorded Sessions

    • Students receive access to 50% of a trainer’s previously recorded session for open review.

    • This allows learners to evaluate the trainer’s technical depth, clarity of explanation, teaching style, and hands‑on approach.

    • For the remaining topics, students can request additional samples through the SRNTS Support Team.

  • Interactive Demo & Knowledge Check

    • SRNTS organizes a knowledge‑check demo session designed to test the trainer’s expertise, rather than simply covering the first topic.

    • Students are encouraged to ask a wide range of questions to assess how the trainer explains, responds, and demonstrates subject mastery.

    • Learners may also invite experienced peers to join the demo and challenge the trainer with advanced queries.

  • Personal One‑on‑One Interaction

    • If students still feel uncertain, SRNTS offers the option of a direct 1‑to‑1 connect with the trainer.

    • This personalized session provides an opportunity to ask specific questions, clarify doubts, and build confidence in the trainer’s capabilities.

  • Why This Process Matters

  • Ensures transparency and trust before enrollment.

  • Provides multiple opportunities to validate trainer expertise.

  • Empowers students to make an informed, confident decision.

  • Guarantees quality assurance without compromising trainer privacy.
